Every year at the end of the school year there is an outdoor event in which the students engage in friendly athletic competitions such as tug of war. I had mentioned in another thread here that my wife and I went out over Xmas season to a fancy hotel in the city for the evening. She wore a small mini-skirt with no panties. I don't disagree with you, but parents take their kids to places like that and drop them off. They use it as a free babysitter. The kids ran off what can you do if you yell at them people will get mad at you and if you hit them you end up in jail. Your only choice is to act like it didn't happen.

I'd disagree. Even if he is a kid, he's still making paying customers uncomfortable. I'm sure that if you reported the incident to staff, they would be sure to discourage that kid's parents from setting him loose there again.

While slapping would make you look bad, I don't think it would be an unreasonable response to the situation... just a somewhat violent one. A strongly worded report to the staff would be the most appropriate.
