One weekend recently a friend of mine was out of town for work. She knew what she was wearing and she was not some spaced out 22 yo, so she was probably looking to have / give a thrill. Business travel is a perfect opportunity to indulge in a little exhibitionism to total strangers if one is so inclined; do things one would ordinarily not do in the home office or around one's home town. The "risque stockings" are probably her statement that she does not consider herself to be completely constrained by typical corporate attire - something she is doing for herself and anyone who happens to notice, and she enjoys the attention / admiration. I posted a story a while back about a woman on a train who caught my eye as she inconspicuously undid a couple buttons on her top, casually playing with the opening, exposing more of her cleavage and more. She was either doing the same thing as the woman you saw, or, she was "working" and trolling for business...

Many years ago, I traveled constantly for work.

I was sitting in the airport in Houston, Tx, at the gate, waiting for boarding time. It wasn't very crowded.

This was before smartphones, and I was reading a magazine. A lovely young girl, probably in her early 20's, sat down right across from me. She had a carry on bag, and she started reading a newspaper. She was wearing a shorter skirt.

When things like that happen, always wonder how much the BF / husbands know about the GF / wife's teasing display. Would guess more often the women are doing it without their partner knowing, than men knowing and encouraging such displays. Wish more women would have fun doing it whatever the situation!

My wife and I used to do that. She would take a seat in a shopping center food court, and I would arrive a few minutes later, take a different seat so I could watch people react. It was especially fun to watch a guy or two, take a seat so they could stare.

Watching their faces as she slowly spread her legs for a few seconds at a time. They knew it was intentional.

I was at a hip restaurant in Greenwich Village. I was sitting there with my girlfriend having dinner. Another couple came in and were shown to a booth on the other side of the room.
