This is what it says now:
"DVD is not for sale. If you wish to have a copy of yourself contact us at: contact@waptvshow.com" I interpret this to mean that if you can prove who you are then they will send you footage of "yourself" and yourself only.

Another sign that, despite lots of people speculating the bikers wouldn't win any legal fights, their opponents are knuckling under anyway; in a blog I found this reply to a post asking whether there was any problem with photographing the nudes:
"Ali Watkins said... Don't know if anyone's looked recently, but out of curiosity I checked Philly.com again to see if anything changed with the pictures. There aren't any "dangling" frontal photos of men anymore, and all the images of topless women contain very "disguised" breasts, like with paint and such. It's interesting, because I looked at them the day after the bike race and the pictures were extremely graphic. Maybe this time the media listened to it's "ethics meter". A guy from the WNBR ride in Madison mounted a camera on the back of his bike and filmed the first 40 minutes of the ride (until the battery ran out). You get a lot of views of naked guys riding bikes, but there are also times when you get good views of the female riders (some of them nude) from the viewpoint of a bicycle seat. I think he did a great job of capturing all the riders (there were only 100 I think) by riding in various parts of the group. I obtained the original from him (4 GB file) with the intention of making it into a DVD and possibly splitting out some of the good parts. I can't get the DVD to author correctly though. For some reason the video never shows up.
