How do you guys get such a good picture off the thumbnails? The one where the guy censored his nipple for example. I just got a small thumb that could not produce the quality you guys got when I resized. I'm using opanda and gimp.

Just the resolution of the original photo. With cameras that now have 10-14 megapixels there ia better image I do go and resize and sharpen a litlle.
