you can use a program called 'wimpy FLV player' on Mac OS X. find it here:

Hey dma,

These caps look awesome but I need a lesson in 101 Wimpy or the FTV player you posted a link to. Just can't open the files from their Zip format. Given the rave reviews you are receiving from fellow OCC members I feel I'm missing out on something extra special. Would appreciate the help.
