It happened to me once but only once. I was working near Atlanta while my girl was still at our home in South Texas. I immediately realized the mistake and fired off another, this time frantic, email basically letting him know the error and to please delete that email without opening it. His reply was ok he will do that. Then after a minute or two I sent another email asking if he really deleted it without opening it.
