After you click on the zip to download, your computer should ask you where you want put it and what you want to call it. Instead of blowing past this screen, simply name the file something like "Exposed Rebekah 1" etc.
If you highlight and copy the name of the section, you can paste the same name name repeatedly. For example copy "Exposed Rebekah" and then paste that in front of the zip number at the 'save as' screen.

That's because you need to set FF to do that (much better than IE)

Go to- "Tools" menu > Options > "General" tab > check "Always ask me where to save files".

Before doing this, all your downloads went to whatever location is in the box above that.
