Speaking only for myself, inside the saunas themselves the heat drains my energy, physical and mental. Outside the saunas, normally I go to cold showers - not with the intention to prevent erections, but that tends to be a side effect.

The situation most at risk for that, in my experience, are steam rooms - because they are not really that hot, and because you (and women) enter totally naked without any towel.

I remember once, in a circular steam room, like an “arena” with two rows of seats. My impression is that the naughtiest women in spa are those with breast implants.

Funny you mention it, I had a couple of interactions recently with woman who appear to have some work done

I was at a small sauna resort that is connected to a hotel. It was pretty busy, lots to see

The German version of this site states clearly that what they mean is that no guests younger than 15 are allowed in this particular hotel.

So it’s a conventional hotel for skiing with a sauna/wellness area for guests who want some peace and quiet, without small children around. That’s all they mean.
