Hate to burst you guys's bubbles but this is a dude that had reassignment surgery. All the videos he/she has that has voice is actually he/she's wife they have one video which is a q&a that features the actual voice of this person, and you can tell it's a guys voice that is messed up from the hormone treatments. They blocked me on insta after a few questions I asked about the surgery. But early on in the insta page explained the whole surgery process.
