The key here is Hardcore Material, that means photos, .zip files and .rar files! So the Moderators (not OCC police) have the Rules and Posting Guidelines "figured" out. Now, if members would just post material that conforms to the Rules and Posting Guidelines everyone would be happy and not have to get angry.

And the .rar file that was removed did have hardcore material in it, I looked at every photo.
