I won't worry, IMO she looks at least 19/20. Either way in isolation, even in a folder with other porn pics, it couldn't be classed as pornographic anyway.

Actually some of the photos on this thread are from a porn site called something like Older & Young Lesbians or somesuch and though I'm not 100% sure (I don't recognize the gallery but the setting looks the same) I'm thinking the pic you mention could be from that very website...

Somebody probably already posted a similar thought, but the way I see it such poses should be mandatory so guys can get some idea of what they are going to be getting into if they marry the daughter and time passes. Won't always work, but its better than no guidance at all!
