Yeah, it's so hard to start, especially with a friend. It was easy with my old co-worker, because he showed me a pic first. And even then it took a long time to showing him a lot and confessing my fantasies.

But I'm going out with some buddies today for drinks. If somehow it presents itself, I'll show one of them some photos on my phone with an 'accidental' nude waiting for them to scroll by. Wish me luck!

We me and my best friend it was easier. I’ve posted about this before in other threads and this one. I’ve known him since I was about 7 or 8 years old. Now we are late 50’s, so we’ve been through a lot together. He’s known my wife since we started dating. Great strategy to sort of build up the tension before hand and if it doesnt land well becomes more of a "got lost in the moment" type of thing.

My strategy is to create a blood pact by getting a close friend to share pics of his wife in order to get mine. That way everyone's on the same footing and both people have something to lose if they arent careful and let the pics leak some sort of way. It's worked for me with two friends now. The downside is it sets the bar pretty high so there's a few other friends it hasnt been able to land with yet.

But this is good conversation. Always like hearing other people's strategies.
