A trio of topless feminist activists set off pink flares and staged a protest outside the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos today. Braving sub-zero temperatures in the Swiss ski resort, the women from the Ukrainian group Femen tried to break through a security fence before police guarding the World Economic Forum bundled them away. It was the second year running that the group has protested at Davos, where politicians, business leaders and officials from around the world gather for a round of seminars and cocktail parties. Apparently there was another protest today against the public nudity ban in SF. This edition featured some familiar faces/bodies, including Gypsy, as well as a couple new ones. The slender dark-skinned girl steals the show in my opinion.
You know, I've been thinking about it, and I can't help but wonder if this might actually lead to MORE nudity at B2B. I mean, the law has a explicit exemption for Folsom and B2B, so they're basically drawing more attention to it, and encouraging people to get naked at these special events. I think that--if the weather cooperates--this May's B2B might just be the nakedest to date...
