I think your wife looks great as is too and does need them augmented. If you are trying to talk her out of it, there are plenty of pictures on this site and all over the internet of really bad boob jobs. Show her what could go wrong.

I think with her having such tight perky looking breasts now if she got implants there wouldn't be that much skin to stretch so they might ended up looking super fake. Those kind where they just looks like hard round balls on a girls chest.

My ex had a boobjob when she was 30,after 2 kids she went from a 34B to 2 fried eggsHer boobjob did give ,then she went to a 34 DD and no one ever looked at her face again.There was a nudist sight online back in the 90's and she would post photos of herself there but I have never seen her pics online sence then.Her boobjob gave her convidence back and she like the attention and wasn't afraid to show them.

I'm in the same boat you are. She wants them, I don't care for fake ones, but it'll make her happy. She wants a lift to bring them back where they used to be. I'm afraid they won't feel real anymore. She is opting for the 'tear-drop' shape to still look natural and not look fake, as well as the incision near her armpit for no visible scars or surgery 'evidence'. Hoping for the best.
