2 years ago my wife and i went on holiday with another couple we know to Spain. Had a great time and took the usual holiday snaps for the album. After we got back my mate and i had a game of golf and when we returned to the house i decided to go for a quick shower and he asked if it was okay to check out the holiday pics. I told him to carry on and thought no more about it. Later on that evening i was looking for a copy of an email i had sent and came across three sent items to my mate that i hadn't sent. Yes he had found some 'other' folders in another part of my computer and decided to send himself 3 photos. I would never have known apart from his amateur failure to delete the sent email files, and he still doesn't know to this day that i know.
I can't imagine what he would want them for, can you?

Hi to all! We are new here but I wanted to add to this post. One day, years ago when my wife and I were still dating, she was going through some old boxes that had been hanging around in storage for a long time. She handed me a white envelope and said, "Here, you'll appreciate these." When I opened the envelope and looked inside, I found 10 nude polaroid shots of her inside! She explained that an Ex of hers took them back in the '80's. She also told me that they are the only photographs he took. However, she also told me that she had videos from back then, taken by the same Ex. So, no, I don't have to wonder what happened to them... I have them! I do wonder, however, if they were truly the only ones he took! Anything is possible!


PS... She later found the tapes but they were on old 8mm cassettes and, alas, I didn't have a player that could play them at the time. That was a letdown!

I'm sorry. I must have erased part of my post. I thought I'd mentioned that I'd hung onto the cassettes for years but eventually I did finally find a way to get them transferred digitally. They now reside safely on one of my external hard drives where I keep all our private files!

DRDavenport... Thanks for the link! I cannot believe the price they're asking for outdated and obsolete technology but I guess its worth the price if you have old valuable cassettes like I do!
