We bought this dress from a Charity Shop the other day. It was very expensive, it was like $2 so we really had to dig deep to get it . It is the most bizarre item we've seen for a while. Looks more like a robe. Not a prison uniform. Those have horizontal stripes and the stripes are much wider.
