Don Ellis was an experimental trumpet player and bandleader. He actually had a trumpet made with a 4th valve that was a quarter tone.
Died way too early.

That's friggin amazing! Imagine if your wife or GF was one of the girls on the cover and when that record comes out you know there is copies of it going out all over the world and guys are going to be jerking off to your girl for a long long long time!
