Here's what I came up with fairly quickly:
I was able to adjust the color and sharpen it a little but I'm not sure about getting rid of that funny halo. Hope this is a little better. |

This photo is from the Olathe Kansas bank robbery. Can anything be done to sharpen, and de-blur it (specifically, the three women bringing up the rear, and the one getting into the van)?

Nobody wants to give this photo a try? Can someone at least suggest a good stand alone program that I can use to do it myself?

There's not really enough to work on, Lonmol. I've had a go, but the one getting in the car is so pixelated it just looks like a mosaic. The pic posted is only 300 x 200 px. Really needs to be a lot bigger to get anything positive out of it, I'm afraid.

Thanks Fluffykins. I think the photo was intentionally manipulated so it would be difficult for anyone to clear it up. I'll see if I can find a larger version.
