You could also accidentally expose your wife to him as well one day in person. Tell your wife to be topless and to walk by a window where you’ve asked your neighbor to meet you to talk! I would love that, but I'm nervous to just come out and ask him. He may not be into it and I don't want to be to forward with him. If he catches a glance at a sexy pic and mentions it, then I'll go further.

I think my wording was wrong what I was think was to make it seem accidental just once you know where your neighbor is have your wife walk past the window topless and pretend to be embarrassed once she sees your neighbor! Then you could talk to him on behalf of your wife apologize and explain she’s always topless around those times and maybe make a daily routine of flashing him from the window maybe even wave once your wife and your neighbor are comfortable!
