I got up the courage to ask my wife yesterday about her doctor's visit again, and specifically around the stress test.

She was hooked up to all the wires by the male technician in a darken room. She was lying down while he did that. She did have a doctor's office robe on, but it was mostly opened on the front to allow the technician access. She had taken off her bra when she changed into the robe so the technician did get to see her topless. She said it didn't take long, maybe 60 seconds for him to stick on all the electrodes all around.

As for the test, she was allowed to wear the same robe while jogging on the machine, although without her bra. Once all the leads were on, she couldn't put it back on. I didn't ask her what she meant by robe so I don't know how flimsy it was. The room was bright. She said it was quite uncomfortable and somewhat embarrassing because she was bouncing a lot without it. Both the tech and the doctor were there to watch her jog in place. She jogged for about 10 minutes.

This is a nice story about an ECG of my wife.
In the normal life my wife is a prude, no revealing clothes and no topless/nudity even if we are alone on a remote beach. But in a medical context she has no problem with nudity.
We go to the hospital for an exam similar to an ECG of my wife. The doctor is a young guy (30 year old?), probably he is doing some training after the degree. For the exam the doctor must apply some leads on different parts of the body of my wife including breast, belly and thigs. My wife is wearing a shirt and trousers, she is a prude as usual.
At first she opens the shirt and pulls down the trousers but soon she takes off both shirt and trousers to be more comfortable (no impact on her modesty she was already in bra and panties). The doctor has some problems while applying the leads on the breast of my wife because she is wearing a massive bra containing her big boobs. After a few failed attempts and a couple of nipslips my wife takes off the bra and the doctor is able to apply the leads on the breast.
Now my wife is like the woman in the picture (taken from a movie) topless with see-through pamties, pubic hair visible, no pantyhose. For about 20 minutes, during the test, we have a nice conversation with the doctor, we talk about weather, news, cost of life and other smalltalk.
My wife is almost nude but she is completely relaxed as if the conversation is in our living room and she is fully dressed.
I had a great erection, I do not know about the doctor under the gown.
It is to be remarked that the nudity of my wife was not affected by serious medical issues, she was in perfect shape, the doctor was only looking an attractive nude woman.
