Have you ever said no

It was raining hard in the evening.

I was in the car, heading home - which was about an hour away.

A curvy/chubby blonde woman by the side of the road getting drenched.

I pulled up and offered her a lift - never done that before or since.

She had been drinking a little - I could smell it on her breath.

She said something like I was a big man in a little car. Still not sure what she meant.

She asked to be dropped off at a nearby pub.

In the pub's car park she asked if I would like to come in for a drink. Whilst not overt I had the sense that more was on offer.

She was a 5, maybe a 6, which is ok because at best I am a 4 on a good day.

I politely declined, I had an hour driving in the rain ahead of me, and I was already tired.

I still question my decision.

I've said no twice

1. First was a co-worker who clearly made it clear what she wanted. We were at a work retreat and she spent the whole day and night cuddling up against me. I was dating someone else at the time and had to tell her no. Turns out that she was a little crazy and even tried to guilt me into sleeping with her by saying how messed up she had been ever since she was gang ****d when she was in a study abroad program and really needed to just feel wanted. She ended up sleeping with another one of our co-workers that night.

2. An ex-gf. We broke up and I later found out that she had cheated on me at least twice and was already talking to another guy. They ended up breaking up and she called me up, looking for a quick hook up. She tried all the usual tricks including showing up at my apartment in lingerie and telling me how no one could make her feel the way I did in bed. She was hot and looked really good in the lingerie but I just couldn't get over what she had done to me previously. I still kick myself about that one because she was the best I've had in terms of sex. I just couldn't get over how she had really messed me up.
