More likely, technology has made younger generations aware of ubiquitous cameras. If anything the younger generations are definitely wearing smaller bikinis and some countries there are plenty of free spirited women. Are there less topless and more reserved people? Maybe, but why is just a guess. So many other societal factors that contribute. Happy to not post anymore photos if you’re saying this is contributing to women being more reserved globally.
