I think divers are inherently risk takers, this was not a big deal to anyone. I worked in a famous burger joint when I was in my early 20s. One of the counter girls named Lisa wore uniforms with very high hems. Over the years I've gotten quite an eye full in these places as a customer... although more often than not from the female shop assistants. I guess the customers are probably a bit more alert to what other customers might see.
