As I was Barbequing tonight, the calls kept coming. The friends we had over were amazed at the amount of calls we had from sales people, that is when one of the wives spoke up

Friday, my wife and I went to City Hall were we had submitted building plans for a small shop my wife wanted to open. The plans had been sitting, unopened for months, and we tried to find out their status.
