The facial piercing trend started to take off in America sometime between 1993 and 1995 or so. In the 1980s, women and teenage girls tried to make themselves look as attractive as possible with makeup and big hair. Then all of a sudden they started trying to be ugly with facial piercings, garish tattoos, ugly jeans, black clothes, etc. Fortunately, facial piercings on women are less common now than they used to be in the 1990s.

All the nude beaches are north of Santa Cruz..I have seen topless at Natural Bridges and 222 beaches..but it's not advisable..and Red,White & Blue Beach remains closed
