These GIFs (click them) are from some foreign film, sorry I don’t know the name of it. Some sort of invisible guy cuts the clothes off of a busty waitress. I liked the way she reacts.

Default Found the scene
The exact moment in the scene in question happens at 19:45 and carries on with the crowd of rowdy onlookers trying to grab her before the owner of the restaurant fights them off and fireman carries her out of there. She is left standing there in just her underwear for quite a while and there are quite a few good close up shots of her trying to cover up and looking incredibly embarrassed in the meantime.
