I got it from some news story about mobile phones in Japan, apparently all new phones there are not allowed to have the sound off feature when taking pics, sole purpose is to discourage all the pervs there for taking upskirts. The picture was from a Japanese mall I think, intended as a warning to the cute miniskirt wearing girls I suppose.

I am guessing this girl was on her way to the gym or something, loved those tight hotpants, she had a GREAT ass too!
