One other crucial difference between US and Euro TV is that in the states, local TV stations tend to be independently owned and carry programming from their network during selected hours of the day. The rest of the day, stations are free to program what they want.
The hours when this type of jiggle programming would almost certainly run, the midnight to 6 AM block is owned by the affiliates. So this show would either have to be syndicated or locally-produced. In either case, it would require a lot of local sponsorship that simply isn't there at that late of an hour. From a station's POV, it's a whole lot easier to run infomercials or televangelists in these hours then sell advertising during a show that's more likely to generate controversy than viewers.
And even if one of the six networks put on a show with boobs-and-pubes, they would have a difficult time finding advertisers for it, not to mention that many affiliates would probably exercise their right to opt out of the networks programming.
It's something of a double standard when CSI Miami treats viewers to CGI special effect of maggots emerging from a stab wound, but CBS has to apologize for Janet's titty, but unless the entire network-affiliate structure of US TV changes anytime soon, you'll just have to import ENF clips from overseas.

I agree with the previous posters about the FCC and network TV and that Razzle was probably a early Playboy
Pay channel show.

Also wanted to add that showing nudity I dont believe was never illegal and the networks were self censoring.
The recent controversy about Miss Jackson was a result of the appropriateness of the action during a family broadcast. One benefit of the US TV ratings system is now as long as you warn people ahead of time you cant blame a network for content.

Yeah, that's the true kicker of this new ratings system: instead of stemming content from people who rather whine about it then use their V-chip (all TVs since 1999!), it's not given people carte blanche to air nearly anything they want because it has a warning. Granted, I don't see the big deal, most of the young people I know are well informed of swearing and what the opposite sex looks like.

The streaking clip was AWESOME! I've seen stills of this before, but never a full motion vid. The things that happen when a "natural" woman runs... I assume you capped this, and if so, is there a way to make it better quality? There seems to be a lot of noise or distortion in the image.

The clip posted is a bit fuzzy because DivX compression does not work well with fast moving women with flying titties! The codec relies on a lot of the pixels remaning the same between frames, the panning of the camara means the background is rapidly changing with each frame, hence the lower quality(significant improvement in quality would mean a much larger file size). However it depends what you mean by noise and distortion, if this is more than a slightly fuzzy image then you may have a problem with your player/codec. Check that you are running the DivX codec version 5.1.1 or later. Earlier versions will not run the clip correctly.

I managed to improve it a bit by deinterlacing it. It still looks a bit "swimmy", but... who cares? It's still a great clip.
