I’ll get to the rest of the university stories eventually, but the winter swimming turned out to be a better experience than I’d have imagined!

After our first swim I mentioned to some people at work that we’d been swimming the past weekend, that was last Friday. I was about to on on vacation for a week, and we were planning on going for a swim almost every day. One of my coworkers is a good friend of my wife, from when she used to work at the same place. This friend was the one who first took my wife swimming, and she insisted on going with us the next time, as she didn’t want to go alone.
I told my wife, and she arranged that she meet us the following day, Saturday. That made four of us, me, my wife, her mother and her friend.
Her friend is pretty, around 40, pretty good shape and a natural blonde.

That day my wife went nude for swimming, the rest of us still in bathing suits. We didn’t meet anyone, a man and a woman saw us at a distance though. He was in shorts, not quite daring to go nude either, but my wife’s friend was still going topless and my wife and I were naked. I was somewhat expecting her friend to be more cautious going topless in front of a teenager, but not so!

We’re taking a break for a few days but will go again on Saturday, I’m still hoping her friend will go naked as well but doesn’t look like it. I also hope more people will be about, would love for some male swimmers getting to see my wife naked!

Ok, I need to tell the next part of my adventures in winter swimming before I return to the old stories!

The following weekend we didn’t go swimming, and we talked about it being too cold to continue, so I figured that was it.
Then my wife’s friend suggested we go out again a week later, last Saturday, and we agreed. I thought it was going to be the same as the other days, but would still be nice and I do actually enjoy the swim as well.
What happened took me by surprise!

When we met up with her at the pier we’re swimming from, her husband accompanied her, with their baby daughter. He was not going to swim, that had been made clear early on, he thinks we’re a bit nuts for doing it!
I figured he’d take the daughter for a walk while we were swimming, but he accompanied us all the way out on the pier to watch. My wife had left bikini bottoms on that day, not completely sure why, but maybe her friend only going topless had somehow inhibited her a little. I still didn’t have any bathing suit and was suddenly a little apprehensive too, if I was the only naked in the company it could feel a little weird, so I undressed a bit slowly.

To my surprise this was the day her friend took it all off! Right in front of her husband she got totally naked with us!
I was naked too, and my wife was already in the water only topless. I could get a good view of it all, turned out I was mistaken, she’s actually clean shaven. To my defence I only caught a quick glimpse from a distance the last time, and she was partially wrapped in a towel.
I quickly went down the ladder and she followed me down.
I was the first out of the water and grabbed the towel I was sharing with my wife and started drying off. The women exited the water quickly after me, and my wife stripped out of the bikini bottoms and waited for the towel, standing naked in front of all of us. This turned out better than I could have imagined!
Not only did I see her friend naked, but her husband also saw my wife fully naked as well.
This is a couple we see socially as well, and I also work with her, so we’ll see each other many times and now most of us have seen the others naked.

The next day was more uneventful, the friend couldn’t join us and her mother couldn’t either of the days, so my wife and I went alone, this time one older man was there before us and got a good look at my wife and even stopped to exchange some small talk about the weather and water temperature, but still somewhat exciting.

We plan going out again next weekend and going back to the friend for breakfast afterwards. Could be interesting!

It's been 13 years since last post, and even longer since the actual events, but I'll try to recap them to the best of my memories.

After this week with all the coaches/mentors together, it was time for the actual trip with the new students.

They were mostly either fresh from high school or just a couple of years older, so 19-21 mostly. Many of them were really good looking.

We would repeat some of the previous events for them, as they were new to them and the events were pretty good.
So the first raunchy event we had was the smurf-run. This was the event mentioned previously when I as a fresh student found my face pretty close to a girl's pussy all of a sudden.
The concept was that the students were dressed as smurfs, and had to do several tasks loosely connected to some story about Gargamel doing something and they had to prevent it.

I was lucky to draw the equivalent of the clothesline challenge. We had modified it a bit to make it less intimidating. Instead of making a line of the clothes, they were to choose someone who was supposedly freezing for some reason I can't remember, and pile all their clothes on that person. Of course, underwear counted for extra warmth.

Usually when we did these events we tried to schedule a quiet event followed by a party event, followed by a quiet event again. This was supposed to be a party event, and would normally get a bit wild, but for some reason the students were quiet this evening, I think a quiet event the night before turned into a party and they were still hungover. This meant that my challenge was less raunchy than I'd expected, to my disappointment.
Still had several girls topless, and one girl was talked into dropping her pants and flashing her bush. The way she did it was in a sort of demeaning (to the two of us doing the challenge) way, like she called us out on our immaturity for wanting to see her naked, it was both a bit embarrassing and hot at the same time, I remember

Anyway, I still got to see some cute girls' tits, and one bush, so not a total loss, but no naked cavorting like I had experienced a couple of years previously.

Since this night was something of a bust partywise, we quickly changed plans for the following night. We had planned a quiet event, but instead decided to throw a new party. And this one was great!

The concept was based on a local tradition, where the fresh high school graduates in a class pile up in the back of a large truck and drives around to the parents of each of them. There they are served something to drink and something to eat, and then moves on to the next hous.
This party event was simulating that, by dividing the students into groups of around 8 or so, and having several stations set up where they had various drinks and games to play. We, the mentors, roleplayed various parents and settings. My role was the headmaster that they also visited, but I was supposed to walk around to all the other "houses" and interact as well.

Two of the stops were particularly interesting. The first one was my house. The story was that they accidentally destroyed a painting in my house, and had to recreate it with bodypaint on the torso of one of the students.
Almost all chose to paint the back of one of the male students, but one group decided to paint the front of one of the girls. She was a cute, normally quiet, Swedish girl, but she was pretty drunk and wild that night. She went totally topless and they painted something silly all over her front, and she remained like that for the rest of the night.

The second stop was at the house of the "hippie parents". The concept was free love and nudity, the two mentors were virtually naked, the male one was wearing a small see-through robe and not much more, and the female (Rachel from earlier) was naked most of the time. As I was supposed to circulate I popped in frequently, and many of the students stripped down as well, usually only topless, but the bodypainted girl went naked, and so did another girl from a different group. I remember because she and her friend were particularly embarrassed by having me see them undressed. The friend was topless and tried to cover herself with her long hair when I was around, despite having let it all out earlier. I still got a good look at both though!

The last really memorable thing from this week long trip was later on, when one of the others decided that we should all take a shower together. There was this one shower room that had a door that locked, and inside were just 4 or 5 shower heads, no curtains or stalls at all. I went in with him, and all the four girls. The other guys opted out for some reason that I can't understand at all!
I was in there first, along with the girls I called Ann and Rachel earlier. It was slightly awkward at first, nobody wanted to go first, but Ann broke the ice by letting her massive tits out in the open. I started undressing as well, and quickly the two girls were naked and showering. I had already seen Rachel nude before, but I had only seen Ann topless until now. Her breasts were surprisingly firm for their size, and she had a full bush, maybe trimmed down slightly.

The other guy came in, and she shrugged it off and said ok and proceeded to get naked. At some point I had to turn my back to the girls and turn the temperature way down to try to get rid of the budding erection. Fortunately it worked so I didn't embarrass myself completely.
