That day that 2nd pic you posted was a great day to be at the races. That was a line outside the ladies toilets, and it was positioned near a tunnel so the wind gusts were non stop through it. It was Oaks Day, maybe 2005-2006 and skirts flying up everywhere. If only camera phones were as common back then as they are today.
