Cheer up Fango....it looks like Henna tats. Not permanent. The coloring is what makes me think that. I have only seen that brown with Henna.

Yeah, I had a feeling they might actually be paint or something (Henna) too, mostly because the hue fluctuates so much. Hopefully whatever it is is non-permanent. She really is almost perfect, or would be if it weren't for that whatever it is.
