I saw the video in about 2004. It was from a website with a name something like Chick Trick.
The premise was that (so we are to believe) she was there to do "regular" sex shots but the camera man and her guy were together and were going to "finish the show" inside of her. He does, she gets upset about not being on the pill and the guys laugh.
There were several similar themed films.
