I was just writing a post on the blowjob thread, in it I mention a girl from uni.

That same girl explicitly said to me that if I ever wanted to fuck her whilst she was drunk, passed out, or asleep I should just go ahead and do so. I didn't do it very often but I did fuck her a few times when we rolled home drunk and she was half passed out, also in the morning and the middle of the night when asleep. I always told her if I had done and she was always fine about it.
