This is where a lot of the old one-step Polorid photos fall. It's sort of a gray area. Most of those were never intended to be shown outside of the people involved and a few close friends. If you are taking photos of a paid model, always have them sign a release form. They will expect it anyway. Again, you are not required to delete old photos that you have personally taken. Especially if they are in your private collection.
