I'm a guy. Had to have a cyst removed off my nut sack. Went to a regular doctor and he said he could remove it in the office. Had me strip my pants off and roll on my side on the table and hug one of my knees. He walked out of the room to get stuff to open the cyst and when he returned, our best friend's wife came in behind him. She was a nurse.

My wife's family doctor and his wife were close friends with her parents, they played bridge together weekly. So my wife knew that doctor almost her entire life. Since they were in a rural area this doctor also delivered babies and did pelvic exams. Ok two comments
1) a nurse who is that uptight with nudity is likely in the wrong line of work…
2) I have been there - same issue, when I was about 18-19 but no way I could hug a knee - like paralyzingly pain.
I was in emergency and if they had needed to remove my dick to stop the pain I would have gone along with it…
