I do tend to agree with you regarding the voyeuristic side of things. Most people like to see something they are not meant to see. Especially when a naked woman is concerned.

I do think lots of women would love to expose their naked body to others like that, but don't have the nerve to actually go through with it. Specially in their horniest moments. I have a wife and ex-gf who one could describe as "good decent girls/moms". Both however have been topless and naked in public on several occasions ... and both got/get turned on knowing others are looking at their naked body.
