There are only two ways I'd ever recommend a woman get implants....
- A physical deformity or she is gonna make a career out of showing them Otherewise UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should a woman get implants. EVER

I'd say no to her getting implants, her body is great as it is. Nicely proportioned and why spoil it or run the risk of her body rejecting the implants.
