I can download photos as well. They download as a jpg. I did have a similar problem to this using Chrome on OKCupid. It would download all of them as php, or something like that, that would only be viewable with Chrome. I think it's a security setting somewhere in the browser.

Also, I can download the thumbnail of the image but when I click on it so that it becomes full sized and then try to save it, it gives me that attachment issue??

Also seeing the same thing. No changes on my machine either. Also only this site is affected. Hard to buy that it is a Firefox issue when no other sites are impacted.

It looks like Firefox pushed out an update on July 4th.
We are looking into what might be causing trouble with the newest version.
In the meantime, reverting to the previous version of Firefox will solve the problem of saving photos with correct file names.
See this link:

Reverting back to Firefox 38.0.5 should provide a temporary fix for member's experiencing this problem.
NOTE: You may need to first disable automatic updates to prevent being forced to use Firefox 39.

When using Firefox
Change Attachment name to something else (ie:d2, s1 etc) save. This will save as php file. Rename php to jepg extension Image will now appear

I'm using a way older version of Firefox (5.0 for Mac!) and I occassionally have this problem on OCC of the files not down loading with the actual file name. Curiously, some times this self corrects after the down load is finished. Otherwise I rename the .php file to what I want. OCC is the greatest!!!

Thanks -- Firefox 38.0.05 works fine, and that is a much more useful practical suggestion than some of the others. I don't want to go too long before re-updating (to stop the constant reminders), however, so please post as soon as the Firefox 39.0 problem is fixed. Thanks.
