I just looked at Rio's website and the picture is actually there on the website itself, so that really is in Rio's. But no idea if the girls are staff or paid actresses/models/customers.

I've dropped in a couple of times, and it hasn't changed much. It's currently open every day except Monday, although it's as well to check on Twitter before you visit. The main thing to be aware of is that there won't necessarily be a hostess on duty in the evenings, particularly Fridays. The massage therapists will often be nude between clients, though. On Nov 11th (2016) Rio's had a fire following some bozo spilling massage oil into the sauna burner. It caused a lot of damage but nothing catastrophic thankfully. It's currently closed and likely to remain so until after Christmas but they hope to open earlier than that.
