That does sound familiar. You may have some luck if you do a search for "Big Brother" as there have been a lot of clips uploaded here. Also, I think it may be from the Polish Big Brother, if it's the one I'm thinking of.

I heard the usual way (through a friend of a friend of a person who does work in the background of BB) that this BB had to be more sexy than all the other BB's this year otherwise they were going to can any future shows. I believe that during the last BB, not many ppl voted compared to previous BB's and the Exec's at Ch10 were a tad pissed about it.
