Attempting to twirl his daughter gracefully around the dance floor, the president's cuff-link snagged the top of her dress, providing a much more impressive display than he'd intended. One Yale student told the school newspaper in 1999, “Naked parties are an essential aspect of Yale. It’s something you should do at least once.” And Barbara Bush, along with her twin sister Jenna, has demonstrated scant reluctance to turn down any invitation to party. The two girls were arrested for underage drinking in Texas and were caught possessing a pair of fake I.D.s prior to turning 21. Actor Ashton Kutcher of That 70s Show and Just Married fame recently told Rolling Stone magazine that he swapped suds with the twins in his house and even witnessed the two girls smoking an unnamed substance.
