According to saiyancrane, who's apparently a source close to this video, it's been around since July 2000, and it was filmed at the University of Florida. I hope this helps.

This Clip is all I have ever seen. The reason this Video is great is because it was at a time when not every Girl over 18 was comfortable being naked on the internet. Everything wasn't so easy to record back then.
