The Japanese are near paranoid about not showing genitals or pubic hair in the media, but seem not to have any problem with breasts!

So I will admit that I find breasts to be a turn on and I like to admire them.....but having said that I know for a fact that most cultures outside east of the US and Canada do not consider breasts to be sexual, or toplessness to be sexual, and the same rule they apply to female breasts.
