Long overdue for an update here! I thought this fit well for the times....

Upperwear: The clothes you need to wear from the waist up, since you work from home and conduct all of your conferences via webcam.

This pandemic sucks and I miss seeing the hunks in the office, but at least I only need to dress in upperwear.

I decided to go to the store today, but I forgot I was only dressed in my upperwear! At least I wore my mask, so nobody recognized me.

Yes. It's strange how expressions change from region to region.
eg. The word "fanny". In Aussie and Britain it means vagina but in the US it means a bottom.
