I will write down my point of view, as I am a frequent at this place lately, probably 3-4 days every month for the last year.

I never been on a Wednesday but probably been there about 10 times on a Sunday. Early in the morning, around 70% with a swimsuit. Only 60+ y.o. naked at this time.
Most of those with swimsuits use the sauna, so remember that you can only use the sauna naked, so expect to see them getting undressed just a few seconds before entering and also have a shower afterwards just outside. Then dry themselves with a towel and quickly get dressed.

Later throughout the day, younger people enter the area, 35+ y.o. Lots of them start being dressed, but after some time they don't bother anymore and stay naked. Expect a 50-50 dressed-undressed.

At 17:30 you will see lots of people leaving the area, you will also see a lot of people persisting to wear swimsuits in the pool but probably until 18:00 all those are eliminated by the K crew. I have been really disappointed some times where you expect to see somebody getting undressed at that time but finally you see her grabbing her stuff and leave.

K in general is a lottery. Have been on amazing Sundays with many stunners, I have seen lots of stuff going on, but it happens sometimes to be extremely dull, with no interest at all. Sometimes I just lay on the lounger and sleep, because there is nothing interesting. But anyway, expect a 50-50 ratio (some times more women, some times more men, you can never know) and also expect some times lots of young people, and sometimes no young people at all. I really dont know how this works, when people go to the spa, but my statistics show that the place has a lot of interest on the warmer days of spring and autumn, not much during winter days. On those days expect also some foreigners but not much as V in B or Z in A. Most of them Asian women and Arab men (sadly, because they ruin the vibe). I wouldnt say that they are tourists, probably new German residents.

I normally get undressed at the locker in the morning and stay naked all day until late in the evening where I get dressed again to leave. No robe, no towel, I lay on the sunbed uncovered. Nobody says anything, nobody will tell you anything as it is an FKK friendly spa and many many people do the same as you.
tip: find a nice female body that also lays naked and just lay to the next free sunbed. It is a really nice experience to stay naked for hours with somebody you dont know, there is a nice "exhibit game" some times.

I have been reading this thread for years and visiting german saunas on my work trips to europe but never contributed until now. First, i want to thank all of the previous reports as ive had so many amazing experiences over the years. Ill share them as i remember them in no particular order.

While the big places have a lot of very attractive people, ive had more engaging experiences at the smaller saunas/spas at the hotels i stay at. Of course those can be hit/miss as sometimes the hotel sauna is empty.

My favorite experience so far was at a hotel i was staying at in the western part of germany. There was a couple slightly older than me but very good looking in one of the saunas. Upon entering, i apologized and asked if they wanted privacy and that i could use a different one. They of course insisted that was crazy and they wanted me to stay and we got to chatting. The woman was very friendly, the guy seemed neither excited nor bothered that i was talking to his naked wife. We all got out together to use the shower. As we are getting out to shower, i see the sauna attendant making her rounds. She was a very pretty petite blonde girl that has worked at this hotel for years and always remembers me. Instead of hanging my towel and bath robe on the hook, i kind of haphazardly threw them towards the bench in a pile and got in the shower with the woman and her husband. As luck would have it, the sauna attendant thought my towels were used and picked them up and put them in the laundry bin. As we got out of the shower, i pretended to be upset as i had nothing to cover myself with. The woman thought this was hilarious and said "oh, darn! I dont mind!"

Feigning embarrassment, i walked over completely naked to the sauna attendant and jokingly asked for a new towel because mine had been 'stolen' and i didnt want to bother the other guests by walking around naked. She smiled at me and said "believe me, nobody minds". Im pretty sure she meant it as a compliment but worst case she just meant it was totally acceptable.

Upon returning to the other couple, the woman thouroughly enjoyed that interaction and said "i bet she did that on purpose to get a good look at you. I dont blame her". I legitimately was surprised and said "you think so?" And she said something to the effect of "absolutely she was checking you out". I thanked her for the compliment and we talked for a little while longer before the sauna closed and we all had to leave.
