They do have discretion over who they let in. For instance if someone is late for their reservation they may say OK or too-bad. But generally it's the enforcement inside the spa that matters. They will easily kick someone out if they are being 'creepy'. And there are quite a few staff in every area.

Just a short report from my visit last Sat Dec 06.

Many people in the sauna area, one of the aufguss-masters told, that over 10ī000 people were in the Th. one area is closed till Dec 10. (Therme textil). Think there were so many people because many vouchers end on Dec 19. So it was not easy to get a deck chair and a place in an aufguss. On normal days, you have the chance to see a few women with open legs during aufguss-ceremony, but Sat i have seen nothing. So it is not the best time for a visit till christmas.

Only good moment:
We arrived at 11,35 in the dressing room and had to pass an about 45-50 years old couple to get to our locker.
