The girl in that scene is actually a VERY young Emma Roberts. It's the first EUF scene she ever did. I guess it typecast her, because she's done lots of them since.

We do. In the episode where she buys the ill fitting dress with the gaps in front, we can see her white bra and panties through the gaps.

Some more shots of Julia in the cutout dress. I could only find bra slips, but if you watch the entire dress scene (starting in Barney's department store), you'll see significant white panty flashes on her lower belly.

When they go to put the expensive clothes back, their regular clothes are stolen. So, Emma is forced to flee the store in just her white bra and blue panties.

It might be among Emma's best underwear scenes.
