I would just come out and asked him if he enjoyed the pics of your wife. If he says yes, then tell him you have more that are a little more explicit, if he is interested. Let him tell you he would like to see them. You both will enjoy it.

Quick update - so I had a few drinks yesterday, and then saw the neighbour in the back garden when I got home. Feeling a bit braver, I started showing him some pics again, but then left him with my phone, telling him i had to just run indoors.
