Low key events that give a massive thrill

Haven’t been on in a while and it’s funny the most low key events that happen in life always make this thread pop into my head. Two quick things. An occurrence and a development.

1. I left work to grab lunch and grabbed some food at the grocery store and was eating in the parking lot. A large F150 pulled up nearby and I noticed a young pretty girl riding shotgun, the side facing me. As all of us would I kept track, wanting to see her exit to see if the rest of her body matched her facial attractiveness. Her door opened and I had a view straight into the cab. She had on a denim skirt and a tank top. Her leg swung out of the cab giving me a full view of her red panties over her crotch. Then she pulled out the other leg making it disappear. As she slid off the seat and out onto the ground it hiked up and made her panties fully visible yet again. She quickly pulled her skirt down then looked around and made eye contact with me. Then her let out an audible laugh as I had my window open. Her boyfriend asked what was funny and I heard her say “nothing”. Our little secret.

2. A house three lots over from ours was bought and torn down. It was in disrepair. This happened over a year ago. The new structure started going up a few months ago. Then up and up even more. Turns out they’re making a 6 unit complex. Three stories high. A bit of an eyesore but then my wife mentioned “god the upper apartments are going to look straight into our bedroom and backyard.” My wife likes to sunbathe by the pool and the idea of someone peering into our bedroom when we’re naked or fucking is pretty hot. Not to mention hopefully we get a sexy gal renter over there who doesn’t close the curtains.
