Er, well, not much to go on here, even with the brightness turned up, although it appears to be a bit "nippy" there.

Fountains Abbey light up the fountain every now and again, so I will go with that.

I too thought it was Harrogate initially, but I now think it is the Pavilion Gardens, Buxton. The last picture has the Old Hall Hotel in the background.
